About the event
A dinner with cousins before the wedding, a reunion around a good local table.
Chef Vincent will give a tour of the farm, vegetable garden, and vineyard before dinner. The tour will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m.
In the middle of the beautiful Bourgueil vineyards, Belgian chef Vincent Simon enhances French gastronomy with "local" as the only watchword, to keep agriculture on a human scale alive!
On site: typical Loire Valley cellar dug in 1616 under the orders of Cardinal Richelieu, development of a poultry farm, creation of a cannery, a shop, cooking class workshops and Loire wine tasting.
Meals in a troglodyte cave for groups of 18/30 people, setting up of Zero Kilometer picnic baskets for the Mont Sigou barrel with a view of the vineyard: unique!
