The reception
Khoi and Michel's wedding reception, followed by a joyful and convivial evening at the Château de Minière, began with guests arriving around 6:30 p.m., and dinner began at 7:00 p.m. The reception, entertained by Blue Zephyr, a band passionate about French music, was provided by Renaud Traiteur - Le Mans - Paris.
Château de Minière wines complemented the following gourmet menu from the kitchens of Renaud Traiteur:

Coffee and tea
The wedding favors for the guests were organic cold-pressed olive oil and Quebec maple syrup from the 2025 harvest.
We thank our cousin Bao Hanh for her olive oil from her olive grove, and Khoi's colleague, Véronique, for her maple syrup from her family plantation (Cabane au toit rouge).
Of particular note are the songs dedicated to the bride and groom by the cousins. Everyone enjoyed this moment full of spontaneity, joy, love, and happiness.
