The wedding ceremony was held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Cousin Valérie Poppe officiated. The full text of the ceremony can be found under the "Vows" menu selection.
The ceremony was a fusion of Vietnamese and contemporary secular culture. It began with a wedding march to the song "L'hymne à l'amour" by Édith Piaf. The traditional tea ceremony was replaced by a bow at the ancestral altar, symbolizing introduction and welcome into the family.
The exchange of wedding vows and rings took place to the song "Je te promet" by Johnny Holiday.
Appetizers and a wine reception from the vineyard were served after the ceremony, followed by a tour of the venue and photo opportunities with our photographer Charline Huet and the guests.
